App reports I'm "not connected to internet"

The Gro App requires network communication to function. This means your phone must have a normal mobile data connection or Wi-Fi data.

You might see this message if you have connected your phone to the Gro Controller in order to set up the Controller's Wi-Fi connect, and forgotten to switch your phone back to your normal data connection afterwards. This warning that your controller has been having trouble communicating may last for several hours following the most recent interruption.
