Lost Connectivity

Your Gro Controller is designed to always be connected to the Internet to gather local weather information and be able to respond to any instructions from you. This alert is generated when Gro stops communicating with our Cloud Service through the Internet.

Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot your Gro:

  1. Verify your Gro device is powered on and your Internet connection is working properly.
  2. Check your Gro Status Light. If the light is not solid Blue, then unplug your Gro device for 30 seconds and then plug back in.
  3. If the problem persists, please give us a call at 855-377-7292 or send us an email at mygro-support@scotts.com.
